G.I Series: " Finding the Anomalies"
A couple months ago, one of my previous attending physician sent me a text asking if I remembered our discussion about anomalies. I said yes, of course. We learned about various anomalies in medical school. This attending suggested incorporating an anomaly here and there in these pieces. Why does it have to be perfect? It's art right? Why not take a risk and have inside out organs or make what's up be down and what's down be up? Create the piece, perfection not needed. Who's totally perfect at this point. This world is definitely not. Neither is our gut, not the inside or out.
