This may not matter to most, but when entering a clinic, doctor's office or hospital entrance, the ambiance matters to me. A lot of children feel the same. Is it welcoming? Does it feel and look like a place where people go when they are sick and might not get better? Is it inviting?

I've been to places that felt and looked like I was entering the set of American Horror Story. Except this was real life. Children need to feel safe and protected. They need to trust that you have their best interests at heart and feel it from the moment they enter your space.
